Cecka Rose Green, CPM, is Regional Executive Director for Children’s Home Society of Florida, Big Bend Region. For more than 28 years, she has enjoyed a notable career in public relations, communications and executive management. Prior to joining CHS, Green served as Director of Special Events/Chief of Information for the Andrew Gillum for Governor Campaign. Additionally, she is CEO/Chief Strategist at TrubyRose Strategy Group, which she founded in 2018.

Her past positions include Communications Director at both LeadingAge Florida and Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Director of Communications for Voices for Florida's Children; Vice-President/Director of Communications for P&P Communications, Inc.; and Deputy Communications Director for the Florida Department of Children and Families. She has been quoted in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Miami Herald, in addition to in multiple broadcast, internet and print platforms. 

A 1985 graduate of FAMU DRS (then known as FAMU High), Green was valedictorian, captain of the varsity cheerleaders and was voted Miss Senior Class. In 1991, she finished from Florida A&M University, majoring in English; while enrolled, she was a University cheerleader, Presidential Scholar, became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and served as Queen of the Orange and Green. In 2013, she founded the FAMU 10 for 10 Challenge that raised more than half a million dollars for the University. She is married to Marvin E. Green, Jr. and they are parents to Baby Rattlers Marhee (Class of 2019), Chaela (Class of 2021) and Marvin III (Class of 2024).
