FAMU DRS Unlimited Potential Enhancement Community Schools: 
The FAMU DRS Community Schools model is a community-focused initiative designed to support students, families, and the surrounding community through various programs and resources offered at Florida A&M University Developmental Research School (FAMU DRS). This model emphasizes collaboration between the school, families, and the broader community to enhance student achievement and overall well-being.

    The "All Things FAMU DRS Extravaganza" is a signature event that serves as a platform to showcase the school's offerings and connect with the community. 
     
Model In Action:
  • Community Schools Director:
    Dr. Patricia R. West serves as the District Community Schools Director, overseeing the implementation of the model. 
     
  • Site Coordinator:
    Altamese Osborne is the District Community Schools Site Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the connection with families and organizations within the community; including our University.
