good morning fellow baby Rattlers the semester is almost over here to show you all how to go ahead and sign into our Google Classroom First Step do you want to do is to go ahead and log on to Google. reason why were signing up for this way is that we can go ahead and have full access to the sign it if you do not see the sign in button right over here in the top right-hand corner just so you'll see a circle of either a picture or a letter inside the receipt that go ahead and click on it and add an account I've already populated the information here for the accountant self remember that our student accounts are going to be the student number at FAMU DRS. Net you must have his account in order to sign into the classroom if you're not have this please contact your principal and you'll be able to give you your information now we're up here in the homepage you'll be asking yourself where do I go over to next site sound this looks exactly like any other Google webpage you want to click over here on this test section tell me what account you're signed in Sobe ever wondering if you are in your personal account or in a student account click on this Google apps button and you'll see all the applications that we have here right now we're going to go ahead and focus on classroom once inside at the homepage you will see all of your child accounts classes that they have currently right now I only have one class setup will be but you should see multiple classrooms especially on the secondary set the classrooms have already been set up for your child all they would have to do is sign in here and then click on the little join but if there is no join button then that means they're already just click on the class itself on the front side of it you'll see assignments that are due and it tells you roughly when they're due within the week's time so if you want to have a quick glance to see what is due for your child you would just go right over here let's go ahead and log on to my class right here the person that you'll see inside the class itself is going to be the name of the class right here upcoming events such as right here I have that's due today 11:59 p.m. Khan Academy assignment and run over here you will see the stream. Teachers are going to be in order to give updates on what's going on with the class I personally go ahead and I give a call update so that's to make sure the students know what is going on the topping classwork you'll see all Simon's that are due for the child assignments are set up in their own categories so if you want to quickly go to my sign go ahead and click on it and I'll take you directly to that only showing that work you'll notice to that he's some assignments for missing these are previously older assignments but the second that it goes over from the time it's due it will be showing up as missing again this is to allow us to easier way to understand what is going on and what assignments are due or not the first section will be here you'll see that I have a question set up if you click on it it would expand out formation first off this right here's a question so the student has until midnight tonight in order to go in the response with but I'm also attached a link right here this right here the directions of what I wanted to do if they want to more information you can go ahead and click on this and it only shows the information directly of what is looking for is it time is worth a hundred points ahead and type in their answer you can go ahead and submit to work to it is important that the child submit their work they must turn in the object it'll be here if we go ahead and click on this it will go ahead and take us to a completely different page that has videos and also more Mason if you have a question that you want to go ahead and bring up to the teacher alone you can go ahead and send it direct private message right here also they have the ability to go ahead and created nice comments with other students can see the pain but for the most part chances are it's going to be mostly just on private comments let's go ahead and let's go back to the Asylum previously it's saying that weight you didn't turn this in your right let me go ahead and cancel that and turn this in are you sure you want to submit the answer you won't be able to make any changes yes let's go ahead and turn that in it takes a little while for PC freezing like that that's perfectly fine don't worry about it at all now see classmates answers this right here may or may not show up that is dependent upon if the teacher which is to share that information that you may not always see this we click right over here to go back to the main classes self if I want to go back to all my classes I can click right over here and then I can still like the classes here or I can just click on class itself back to the homepage you'll notice disability assignment itself Badu project is gone so we go back to class work you know what I want to see what I have in my class there's no real easy way of seeing what I have if you click here for your work it will show you crazy. In and any signs that are missing right now since this time has been turned in there is no great yet I haven't submitted a grade for it but it will show up over here if the assignment was graded already another feature that we have nowhere to go back over to another one you'll see that there's attachments over here and saying that's missing there's some work you can see right here. I can a decree it works now for some of the teachers there's already a document that's here all you would have to do is go ahead and click on that document for this one it doesn't have it I'll go ahead and a dork and then if I wanted to do it document I would hit dogs and I want to do a slideshow I do slide a spreadsheet and it finally any type of drawing for the most part though where you'll be saying it's going to be selecting. Or if the teacher is already set up you will already see right here with the student's name let's wait for the load up and you see right there you will see this with the child's name right here they will be able to then click on it and then it has a full word whatever they create your in the word document self is Simon is here all you have to do to submit this will be to go away click on the Turning but it'll give you the same option are you sure you wish to attach the submission of this worksheet turn in so either a the teacher already has his heater or B you would click on enter create an addict I'm not able to edit this file again unless either a unsubmit the work or be the teacher returns back to work in order for me to go ahead and see what direction should I might have if you receive work that you can actually click on here and see any changes to the teacher has done to it so if you want to go ahead and resubmit it you have that capability I hope this answers any and all questions that you may have about Google Classroom we will be meeting with more information later on as things change thank you all so much
