PERT Preparation Resources

 

 

Because there are limited dates available in which to take the PERT at FAMU DRS, students are able to register for and take the PERT at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University through the FAMU Test Services Bureau.

Please note, if you take the PERT at FAMU, there is cost a of approximately $11.50 - $14.00.

Additionally, it is the student's responsibility to ensure the PERT scores are shared with the FAMU DRS Counseling Department. FAMU DRS CTE Dual Enrollment personnel will not accept PERT scores directly from students, parents, or guardians. They must go through the FAMU DRS Counseling Department. 

 

In order to schedule a PERT exam at FAMU, follow the instructions below:

 

1. Go to the following link to access the FAMU Test Service Bureau site and additional information regarding the exam administration process:

 

2. Click on the "Register For An Exam" link

 

3. Fill in the Exam Registration form

 

4. PREPARE FOR THE EXAM - Please do NOT go into the exam without preparing. There are some preparation resources above to help you. 

 

5. Ensure your scores are shared with Ms. Wallace in the FAMU DRS Counseling Department. Also, alert Ms. Claitt, the CTE Dual Enrollment Coordinator, that the scores have been submitted to Ms. Wallace.
