PARENT SURVEYS

This survey asks parents to describe different aspects of their and their child's experience with school. (This survey is conducted through Cognia as a part of the FAMU DRS Continuous Improvement Initiative.)
The purpose of this survey is to find out a family’s beliefs and opinions about their engagement with their student’s institution. The term “family” refers to any adult who has some level of responsibility for the student. (This survey is conducted through Cognia as a part of the FAMU DRS Continuous Improvement Initiative.)
COMMUNITY SURVEY

The purpose of this survey is to find out community members’ (and partners') beliefs and opinions about their engagement with the institution (FAMU DRS) in their community. (This survey is conducted through Cognia as a part of the FAMU DRS Continuous Improvement Initiative.)
STUDENT, TEACHER, STAFF, & ADMINISTRATION SURVEYS
- Student surveys are completed during school.
- Any student who feels uncomfortable completing the survey during school may request the student survey links so they may complete it at home.
- Teacher, staff, and administrative survey links are sent directly to them through email.
