FAMU Office of the Controller
The Controller’s Office provides services to students, faculty, and staff in support of the University’s mission. In addition, the Office ensures the financial records of the University are accurate and in compliance with statements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, FAMU BOT and Florida BOG policies, procedures and regulations; and pertinent State and Federal regulations. The Office establishes policies and procedures necessary to ensure the proper and efficient use of University financial resources.

The Office is comprised of Property Management, Payment Distribution Services, Imaging (Accounts Payable), General Accounting and Financial Reporting, Taxes and Payroll Accounting, and Travel.
