FAMU DRS 2020-2021 Mid-Year PARENT/GUARDIAN Climate Survey:

FAMU DRS 2020-2021 Mid-Year STUDENT Climate Survey:

The measurement of school climate provides educators, administrators, and stakeholders with the necessary data to identify school needs, set goals, and track progress toward improvement. Data from this survey will be used to inform the Office of Superintendent, school administrators, and the district's Data and Accountability Department. Your responses are important and we thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. The survey is completely confidential and personal, identifying data is not attached or associated with individual answers. All information collected from this survey with your informed consent will be reported in the aggregate. Again, your participation is important and appreciated. By completing the survey, you agree that you are giving your informed consent to participate. The FAMU DRS 2020-2021 Mid-Year PARENT/GUARDIAN and STUDENT Climate Surveys will be available for completion through Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11:59 pm. Again, your feedback is valuable.
